Pre hearing information


The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 15 July 2020, at Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court, Dr Hamilton was convicted of assaulting, obstructing or hindering Ms A and Ms B, Scottish Ambulance Paramedics and Mr C, a Police Constable, on 10 September 2019. It is alleged that Dr Hamilton was fined £900.

It is further alleged that on 6 January 2022, at Newry Magistrates’ Court, Dr Hamilton was convicted of drink driving in Glasgow on 9 October 2021 and resisting a Police Constable. It is alleged that Dr Hamilton was fined £400.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
