Allegation

The tribunal will continue to review the case of Dr James, whose fitness to practise has previously been found impaired by reason of misconduct and whose registration is subject to suspension until 23 August 2024.

Having found that Dr James’ fitness to practise remains impaired the tribunal will reconvene to determine what sanction, if any, should be imposed on his registration.
