Pre hearing information


The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 14 July 2021 Dr Rao failed to provide good clinical care, in respect of a procedure undertaken, to Patient A and later provided false information to two people in respect of actions which she had not carried out relating to this procedure.

It is further alleged that Dr Rao clandestinely disposed of matter related to this procedure and caused false information to be recorded within Patient A’s medical records. It is alleged that Dr Rao’s actions were dishonest.
