The Tribunal will continue to inquire into the allegation that, on 5 and 12 September 2015 while working as a locum General Practitioner, Dr Jackson removed and retained six different medications from stock cupboards, without issuing a prescription, for use by herself or another. It is alleged that Dr Jackson’s conduct is dishonest.




This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
