Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on a number of occasions, between approximately December 2017 and April 2018, Dr Myhill failed to provide good clinical care to Patient A. It is also alleged that between 9 and 13 April 2020 Dr Myhill failed to provide good clinical care to Patient B.
It is further alleged that on one or more occasion between March and May 2020, Dr Myhill promoted and endorsed the use of agents to treat and protect against viral and bacterial infections, including Coronavirus. It is alleged that Dr Myhill failed to clearly articulate a number of factors in relation to the agents, including that they were not universally safe when used in the way she recommended and were not licensed to be used as anti-viral agents.
It is alleged that Dr Myhill’s recommendations/actions risked patient safety and undermined public health.

Honnir ymhellach bod Dr Myhill, ar un achlysur neu fwy rhwng mis Mawrth a mis Mai 2020, wedi hyrwyddo a chymeradwyo’r defnydd o gyfryngau i drin ac amddiffyn rhag heintiau firaol a bacteriol, gan gynnwys y Coronafeirws. Honnir bod Dr Myhill wedi methu â mynegi’n glir nifer o ffactorau mewn perthynas â’r asiantau, gan gynnwys nad oeddent yn gyffredinol yn ddiogel pan caiff eu defnyddio yn y ffordd yr argymhellodd ac nad oeddent wedi cael eu trwyddedu i’w defnyddio fel asiantau gwrthfeirysol.
Honnir bod argymhellion/camau gweithredu Dr Myhill wedi peryglu diogelwch cleifion ac wedi tanseilio iechyd y cyhoedd.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
