Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 11 September 2017, Dr Heke told Dr A that she had not carried out Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard assessments whilst on sick leave. It is alleged that this information was untrue and that Dr Heke’s actions were dishonest.

It is further alleged that on 21 December 2018, at Neath Police Station, Dr Heke accepted a caution for failing to disclose. It is alleged that Dr Heke failed to notify the GMC without delay that she had been cautioned.

Bydd y tribiwnlys yn ymholi ynghylch yr honiad, ar 11 Medi 2017, i Dr Heke ddweud wrth Dr A nad oedd wedi cynnal asesiadau trefniadau diogelu wrth amddifadu o ryddid tra ar absenoldeb salwch. Honnir bod y wybodaeth hon yn anwir a bod gweithrediadau Dr Heke yn anonest.

Honnir ymhellach ar 21 Rhagfyr 2018, yng Ngorsaf yr Heddlu Castell-nedd, derbyniodd Dr Heke rybuddiad am fethu â datgelu. Honnir i Dr Heke fethu â hysbysu'r Cyngor Meddygol Cyffredinol yn ddi-oed ei bod wedi derbyn rhybuddiad.
