Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on one or more occasions between July 2016 and January 2018, Dr Carter, sent a number of messages via Facebook Messenger and/or Instagram to Child A, Child B and Child C. It is alleged that the messages were inappropriate and sexual in nature and that Dr Carter’s actions were sexually motivated.

It is further alleged that on one or more occasions between 2016 and 2018, Dr Carter inappropriately sent messages via Facebook Messenger and/or Snapchat to Child D and Child E.
