Allegation

The tribunal will reconvene to review the case of Dr Caswell, whose fitness to practise has previously been found impaired by reason of misconduct. Dr Caswell’s registration, which was subject to suspension until 9 April 2020, was extended for a period of three months by the tribunal on 19 March 2020 when his hearing adjourned part heard.
