Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 13 December 2017, at Birmingham Crown Court, Dr Bramhall was convicted of two counts of assault by beating and on 12 January 2018, at Birmingham Crown Court, he was sentenced to a 12-month Community Order, with 80 and 120 hours’ unpaid work requirement, to run concurrently, and fined £10,000.00.
