Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between August 2017 and June 2018, Dr Thiguti behaved in a sexually motivated way toward Patient A, a patient who was vulnerable due to her mental health.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
