Dr Srinivasa Rao KUNA
Pre hearing information
The tribunal will continue to inquire into the allegation that around September or October 2018, Dr Kuna was placed as a Foundation Year 2 doctor at Whiston Hospital. It is alleged that at a performance review meeting on 24 July 2019, Dr Kuna relied on the contents of a Training Log in which he had falsely recorded his role as ‘surgeon’ in one or more of the procedures he had carried out.
It is further alleged that Dr Kuna’s actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
