Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between February and December 2016, Dr Bryan failed to attend his shifts at Whipps Cross University Hospital and was uncontactable, without giving proper notice, receiving prior authorisation or communicating his absence. It is also alleged that between October 2016 and May 2017, Dr Bryan failed to attend his shifts at Spire London East Hospital without giving proper notice or communicating his absence.
It is further alleged that on 9 December 2016, Dr Bryan failed to protect patient information in that he left approximately 125 documents containing patient identifiable information in his unlocked car.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
