Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in January and February 2018, Dr Hopwood consulted with Patients A and B and failed to provide good clinical care. It is alleged that at the time of the consultations Dr Hopwood did not hold a licence to practise and had not done so since October 2015.

It is further alleged that Dr Hopwood maintains an online profile which fails to make clear that he does not hold a licence to practise.
