Pre hearing information

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that in January 2017, whilst working for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Khadri emailed the rota

co-ordinator and asked to take 20 March 2017 off as study leave. It is alleged that when he made the request he knew that he did not intend to use 20 March 2017 for study leave, and that his actions in this respect were dishonest.

It is also alleged that information provided by Dr Khadri regarding his attendance on a course in March 2017 was untrue.

It is further alleged that Dr Khadri knew the information he provided was untrue, and that his actions were dishonest.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.

All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
