Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found that Dr Al-Jabary submitted falsified timesheets in respect of hours he had purportedly worked at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and claimed payment to which he was not entitled for hours that he had not worked. The tribunal found that his actions were dishonest.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Al-Jabary’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
