Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 1 June 2019 Dr Mahadev submitted an application form for a post at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust in which he provided information he knew to be dishonest.

It is further alleged that between 12 September 2019 and 2 December 2019 Dr Mahadev provided inadequate surgical care to three patients; failed to obtain fully informed consent to operative procedures from three further patients; provided inappropriate clinical advice to another patient; prescribed inadequate medication and provided inappropriate advice to a further patient.
