Pre hearing information

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 25 May 2018, at the Crown Court at Chester, Dr Kerr was convicted of two counts of conspiring to supply a controlled drug of Class A; conspiring to supply a controlled drug of Class B and importing a controlled drug of Class A with intent to evade a prohibition/restriction. Further, that on 22 June 2018, Dr Kerr was sentenced respectively to 40 months imprisonment concurrent; 8 months imprisonment concurrent; and 56 months imprisonment and a victim surcharge of £170.   

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
