Pre hearing information


The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 29 February 2018 and 29 July 2018, Dr Borse engaged in a course of sexually motivated conduct towards his colleague, Dr A, which amounted to harassment. It is further alleged that on or around 31 March 2018, Dr Borse engaged in inappropriate conduct towards Dr B. It is alleged that Dr Borse had previously been warned about his behaviour towards junior colleagues on at least one occasion.



This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
