Pre hearing information


The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on one or more occasion between around December 2013 and April 2014 Dr Aarella acted in a sexually motivated manner towards Dr A and Dr B. It is further alleged that, on 24-25 January 2015, Dr Aarella acted in a way and made comments towards Dr C which were sexually motivated.

On 25 September 2020 at Nottingham Crown Court Dr Aarella was made the subject of an order for absolute discharge and a restraining order for a period of five years.


This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
