Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that Dr Kumar failed to maintain a professional boundary between himself and Patient A during a consultation on 9 February 2017.

It is also alleged that Dr Kumar failed to maintain a professional boundary between himself and Patient A between 9 February 2017 and 14 February 2017 during which time he sent a number of personal and/or inappropriate text and/or WhatsApp messages to Patient A. It is further alleged that Dr Kumar’s actions towards Patient A were sexually motivated.
