The tribunal, having determined that Mr Towuaghantse provided inadequate care and treatment to Patient A and that his actions and omissions contributed to the death of Patient A, the Tribunal will determine whether Mr Towuaghanste’s fitness to practise is impaired, and whether, if any, sanction should be imposed upon his registration.
