Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on five separate occasions between 6 January 2011 and 16 July 2012, Mr Eskander failed to adequately communicate with three patients prior to conducting an examination of their lymph nodes, in that he did not explain what the examination involved.
Further, it is alleged that Mr Eskander inappropriately examined these patients and acted in a way to avoid his actions being observed. It is alleged that Mr Eskander’s actions were sexually motivated
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
