 The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 23 June 2015, Dr Marsh was issued with a Domestic Violence Protection Order which he failed to notify the GMC he had been issued with.

The tribunal will further inquire into a number of allegations that between December 2015 and September 2017, Dr Marsh did not provide good clinical care to Patients A, C, E and H.

Additionally, the tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 6 November 2014 and 29 October 2015, Dr Marsh failed to attend a number of Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings.
