The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that during the period May 2018 to September 2019, Mr Plimmer behaved in a sexually motivated way towards Ms A, whom he knew to be vulnerable. It is also alleged that during the period January to June 2020 and in February 2021, Mr Plimmer behaved in a sexually motivated way towards Ms B, Ms C, Ms D and Ms E respectively.

It is further alleged that in March 2021, Mr Plimmer made a threat against Ms F.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.


This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
