The tribunal found that, between June and July 2020, Dr Thillainayagam failed to provide appropriate care to Patient A. The tribunal also found that Dr Thillainayagam’s failings related to informed consent, treatment prescribing, follow-up, assessment and record keeping.
The Tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Thillainayagam’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
