The tribunal will review the case of Dr Rashid, whose fitness to practise has previously been found impaired by reason of misconduct and a caution and whose registration is subject to conditions until 27 December 2024.
We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
This case may be considered by way of a Review on the Papers, and if so, the hearing detailed above will be cancelled.
