The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 22 August 2022, Dr Mahdavi was suspended from the National Medical Performers List (‘NMPL’).

It is further alleged that, on a number of occasions between 21 October and 25 November 2022, Dr Mahdavi worked as a locum GP for Key Medical Services whilst she was suspended from the NMPL.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.

All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
