The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between March and April 2022, Dr Ahmed failed to provide adequate clinical care to four patients. It is alleged that Dr Ahmed’s failings related to history taking, communication, record keeping and examination.

It is further alleged that Dr Ahmed made untrue entries in the patients’ medical records and that his actions were dishonest.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.

All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
