Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on or around 14 June 2020 when applying for entry to the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Imperial College London (ICL), Dr Manoraj dishonestly provided false information on a Criminal Record Self Declaration form. It is also alleged that, on 14 September 2021 at Willesden Magistrates’ Court, Dr Manoraj was convicted of driving without due care and attention, was fined £150 and had his licence endorsed with 6 penalty points.

It is also alleged that on 12 November 2021, Dr Manoraj was charged by the Metropolitan Police with various criminal offences and failed to declare this, or his conviction, to ICL. In addition, it is alleged that Dr Manoraj provided false information to the GMC on two occasions when applying for registration and that his actions were dishonest.

It is further alleged that, on 24 April 2023 at Isleworth Crown Court, Dr Manoraj was convicted of dangerous driving and, on 8 June 2023, he was sentenced to a 12 month Community Order, unpaid work of 90 hours and 12 months disqualification from driving.
