Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found that, between 4 and 6 October 2021, whilst working as a GP at Operose Health, based at Barlby Surgery (the ‘Surgery’), Dr Mukherjee-Bose asked Mr A to create false Covid-19 vaccination certificates on the vaccine software platform, ‘Pinnacle’.

It also found that Dr Mukherjee-Bose knew that the certificates were to be created for people who had not received the vaccination in the UK and were not registered at the Surgery, and that Dr Mukherjee-Bose’s actions were dishonest.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Mukherjee-Bose’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
