- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 26 August 2022 whilst conducting his afternoon clinic at the Broughton House GP Surgery, Dr Milligan was under the influence of alcohol.
It is further alleged that, on 13 December 2023 at Leeds Magistrates' Court, Dr Milligan was convicted of drink driving and, on 28 February 2024, Dr Milligan was sentenced to a driving disqualification for 23 months and a fine of £307.
We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
