Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 2012 and 2016, Dr Gregg failed to provide good clinical care to six patients. It is alleged that Dr Gregg inappropriately increased the levels of medication prescribed to patients, that he failed to keep adequate records and that his actions hastened the death of three patients. It is further alleged that Dr Gregg withdrew active treatment from two patients without adequately consulting with clinical colleagues.

It is also alleged on 27 March 2013, Dr Gregg made comments of an inappropriate nature in respect of one of the patients referred to above.
