Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on or around 21 August 2019, Dr Holmes behaved inappropriately towards Patient A which constituted harassment related to a disability. It is also alleged that, on more than one occasion in 2019 whilst at work, Dr Holmes exposed himself, in 2020 he failed to follow infection control protocols, and in 2021 he worked without close supervision in breach of the conditions placed on his registration in February 2021.

It is alleged that, in 2021 whilst working in a locum post for ACI Doctors, Dr Holmes failed to advise the GMC or his Responsible Officer that he was working, failed to disclose his current locum post on a Work Details Form and signed a false declaration on that form. It is further alleged that Dr Holmes’ actions were dishonest.

Allegations

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
