Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 5 December 2023 at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court Dr Ullah was convicted of fraud.

It is further alleged that on 8 January 2024 at Kingston Crown Court, Dr Ullah was sentenced to 24 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months, to pay a victim surcharge of £156.00 and to pay compensation of £51,902.50.
