Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 2007 and 2017, Dr Dixon failed to provide adequate care to four patients.

It is also alleged that between 2018 and 2020, as part of a review into patients treated by Dr Dixon, Dr Dixon disclosed medical records for seven patients through his legal representatives which he created after his involvement in their care had ended and which contained false information.

It is further alleged that, between 2018 and 2024, in the course of civil proceedings initiated against him by former patients, Dr Dixon allowed documents to be disclosed to the patients' solicitors which he created after his involvement in the patients' care had ended and which contained false information.

It is alleged that his actions were dishonest.
