- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, at all material times, Dr Benaragama was a Consultant Surgeon employed by the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and Ms A was a medical student colleague. It is alleged that, between September and October 2023, Dr Benaragama behaved inappropriately towards Ms A.
It is further alleged that Dr Benaragama’s conduct constituted sexual harassment, was sexually motivated and an abuse of his senior position.
