The tribunal found that, in March 2022 Dr Ramadan consulted with Patient A and, between 19 March and 12 April 2022, he pursued a sexual and improper emotional relationship with Patient A who was vulnerable.
The tribunal also found that that Dr Ramadan inappropriately accessed Patient A’s GP and hospital records.
The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Ramadan’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
