Dr Mohammad MOHAMMAD

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 5 August 2022, Dr Mohammad provided inadequate care and treatment to Patient A, including an incorrect diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, a failure to give consideration to alternative diagnoses, failures to arrange ongoing treatment and inappropriately prescribing without confirming either his diagnosis or excluding other viable diagnoses.

It is further alleged that, on 5 September 2022, Dr Mohammad reviewed Patient B’s antenatal cardiotocography (CTG) and, in his assessment, he incorrectly interpreted the CTG and failed to ensure a timely caesarean section and made an inappropriate follow up plan for Patient B’s admission and monitoring.
