At a public hearing the interim orders tribunal will consider concerns which have been received regarding Dr Ali's fitness to practise.

In accordance with Section 41A of the Medical Act 1983, as amended, the tribunal will determine whether to impose an interim order of conditions on Dr Ali’s registration, to impose an interim order of suspension on Dr Ali’s registration or to make no order.
