The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 16 July 2025, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia, Canada determined to approve a Settlement Agreement in which Dr Igwe-Omoke admitted that he had engaged in professional misconduct and that his care did not meet the standards applicable to family physicians in Nova Scotia. It is further alleged that Dr Igwe-Omoke agreed to be reprimanded and to complete further training.
