The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 9 February 2024, Dr Uzkalnis failed to provide good clinical care to Patient C and Patient E. It is also alleged that Dr Uzkalnis failed to comply with the duty of candour. Finally it is alleged that Dr Uzkalnis had consumed alcohol whilst on duty.
