The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 19 June 2025, at Preston Crown Court, Dr Bose was convicted of 12 counts of sexual assault. It is further alleged that on 16 September 2025 Dr Bose was sentenced to a total of six years imprisonment and a notification requirement to register with the police indefinitely.
