The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in or around August 2016, Dr Alves Barbosa was dismissed from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust and failed to disclose the dismissal whilst applying and interviewing for three different posts between 2016 and 2021.
It is alleged that Dr Alves Barbosa was dishonest.
