The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 24 January 2019, at Luton Crown Court, Dr McGrath was convicted of four counts of fraud and perverting the course of public justice.
It is further alleged that on 24 January 2019 Dr McGrath was sentenced to imprisonment for eight years.
