- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that in July 2018, in his capacity as Responsible Officer, Dr Chelmicki conducted a revalidation for Person A, someone with whom he had a connection. It is alleged that Dr Chelmicki’s actions breached the ‘Responsible Officer Conflict of Interest or Appearance of Bias’ guidelines.
It is further alleged that in August 2023 Dr Chelmicki was dishonest about how he was connected to Person A.
