- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on one or more occasion in 2021, Dr Kumar behaved in a sexually motivated way towards Ms A and that his actions constituted sexual harassment.
It is also alleged that Dr Kumar subsequently contacted Ms A in an attempt to ensure that she did not discuss his conduct with other people and/or pursue a police complaint against him. It is further alleged that Dr Kumar’s actions towards Ms A were an abuse of his more senior position.
