- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 2018 and 2023, Dr Okolie acted in an Approved Clinician (AC) role and/or undertook tasks which required AC approval when he knew that he did not hold the necessary AC approval status.
It is further alleged that Dr Okolie failed to ensure that his colleagues and/or managers were aware that he did not hold AC approval status and failed to provide confirmation of his status when asked in 2023. It is alleged that Dr Okolie’s actions were dishonest.
