- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on one or more occasion between 2018 and 2020, Dr Hayes behaved in a manner that made Ms A uncomfortable. It is alleged that Dr Hayes actions towards Ms A were sexually motivated and constituted sexual harassment. It is also alleged that Dr Hayes approached Ms A whilst she was at work and discussed a patient in front of Ms A’s colleagues and/or patients. It is alleged that Dr Hayes actions were a breach of patient confidentiality.
It is further alleged that on dates in 2018 and 2019, Dr Hayes conduct towards Ms B constituted harassment and was racist.
