The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 8 March 2024, Dr Aparicio Knorr acted inappropriately in that he disclosed to colleague A the outcome of a confidential internal investigation relating to colleague B and attempted to influence colleague A to change her account concerning the investigation.
It is further alleged that Dr Aparicio Knorr’s actions made colleague A feel intimidated, amounted to bullying and was an abuse of his more senior position.
