Allegation

The tribunal will continue to inquire into the allegation that, between 25 January 2017 and 27 December 2017, Dr Gentry failed to provide good clinical care to 5 patients, including failing to interpret an ultrasound scan correctly, refer a patient to a specialist colleague, record or document discussions with patients, conduct an adequate examination of a patient, seek advice or a second opinion from colleagues.

It is further alleged that, on 18 February 2020, Dr Gentry gave false evidence at a Coroner’s inquest regarding the death of a baby and that her actions were dishonest.
